Every piece is handmade to order - crafting begins as soon as your order is confirmed, and typically takes 6-8 working days to complete before it ships. Once shipped, delivery usually takes a further 5-6 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. You'll be able to track your order under My Orders once it ships.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because every piece is handmade and, where customised (name, colour, add-ons etc.), made specifically for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons once payment is complete.
The only exception: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or genuinely different from what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement (not a refund).
Please double check your customisation details (name spelling, colour, size) before confirming payment, since these can't be changed once an order is placed.
We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, and any photos you choose to upload (for customisation requests, Instagram verification, or product reviews).
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay - we never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details ourselves. We don't sell your information to third parties. Your account data is protected by access controls so that only you can view your own orders, addresses, and reward points.

By placing an order with Little Knots, you agree to the Shipping and Return & Refund policies above. Prices shown at checkout are final and include your selected add-ons; shipping is calculated automatically based on your delivery address.
Reward points (for reviews, following us on Instagram, and birthdays) are a goodwill loyalty perk, hold no cash value beyond redemption against a future order, and may be adjusted if we detect misuse.
Product photos are representative - as each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, size, or finish are normal and part of the handmade charm.
