These terms apply to every order placed at littleknots.shop, operated by Ayaat Arif (Little Knots), Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India.

By placing an order with Little Knots, you agree to the Shipping and Return & Refund policies. Prices shown at checkout are final and include your selected add-ons; shipping is calculated automatically based on your delivery address.

Reward points (for reviews, following us on Instagram, and birthdays) are a goodwill loyalty perk, hold no cash value beyond redemption against a future order, and may be adjusted if we detect misuse.

Product photos are representative - as each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, size, or finish are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Customer reviews are checked before publishing to keep the reviews shown on our product pages genuine and relevant.
