Little Knots ("we", "us") is operated by Ayaat Arif, Munawarabad, Babbar Shah Link Road, Chinar Bagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190001, India.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, and any photos you choose to upload (for customisation requests, Instagram verification, or product reviews).

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay - we never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details ourselves. We don't sell your information to third parties. Your account data is protected by access controls so that only you can view your own orders, addresses, and reward points.

Cookies. We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep your cart and login working. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies stay off until you click Accept, and you can change your choice any time via Cookie Settings.

Your choices. Signed-in customers can download a copy of their data and ask us to delete their account from Profile settings. We delete your account, saved addresses, reward points, reviews and support history after a short cooling-off period (you can cancel in that time). We must keep order records for tax and accounting reasons for the period the law requires, so those stay without your account link, email or phone number, and are anonymised when that period ends.

Email. Order and payment emails are always sent. News and offers are sent only if you agreed, and every message has an unsubscribe link. Our email provider (Brevo) may tell us whether a message was delivered, opened or clicked; we use this only to see how a newsletter performed and to stop emailing people who report spam or whose address bounces.
